Since I moved from India to America back in 1998, I craved for the mouth watering foods I grew up eating from the street carts of India. Additionally, I craved for the scrumptious pastries that my parents would reward me with from the local bakery. In 2009, I decided to satisfy my cravings by opening Hot Breads, a cafe and bakery that would cater to those who also missed the small pleasures of the food back home. Our mission at Hot Breads is to take you back and/or show you how special the foods from the streets of India can be. Our mission is to envoke a sense of home in the Triangle area.
